I am writing to thank you very much for once again repairing storm damage to the roof of my house. Last year, a northeasterly storm blew off a section of shingles and underlayment such that we had nothing left except uneven and unprotected wood installed more than 50 years ago. When I called and told you my problem, you immediately came to my house and brought a crew that installed extra heavy shingles that have survived even the most recent hurricane. With the most recent hurricane, however, came a southwesterly wind that ripped off a different set of shingles. Once again, you sent your crew out right away, and they did a repair that stopped the leaking into the closet of my bedroom.
Your crew did not install the shingles that blew off, but that was not significant to you. We had a need, and you responded. I appreciate not only how responsive you are but also your ability to analyze these problems and to solve them efficiently and effectively.

I have used M&M Constructions Company for renovation project on two properties over the past 8 years and have found them to be professional in every respect.
For our primary residence, a 1905 Victorian, M&M have installed bookcases, update closets, replaced a porch, installed gutters, etc. in the main house. They have also completed a major renovation on an outbuilding.
