CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
What you’ll do:
- Read and manage application of both residential and commercial construction plans
- Create and manage work schedules for our team and projects
- Supervise talent
- Manage communications and scheduling for subcontractors
Who you are:
- An enthusiastic, organized and passionate individual with advanced technical knowledge and interpersonal skills
- Someone with demonstrated experience in simultaneously managing multiple projects of different scales
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel for work with occasional overnight trips
- A strong background in either construction management or engineering (Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred)
