Marek founded M&M Constructions after obtaining his Masters of Political Science from Pułtusk Academy of Humanities in Poland. Marek developed a passion for construction after watching his own father build his childhood home. He has since expanded on this passion, eventually growing a luxury residential renovation business into an all-encompassing construction powerhouse. Today, Marek is a sought-after contractor, delivering the best in building to families and business in the Northeast, and has even been featured on HGTV House Hunters: Home Renovation Edition.
Heather Mroz, VP of Operations
Heather is a mechanical engineer turned construction professional. After attending North Carolina State University for her BS and University of Richmond for her MBA, Heather spent over 20 years working in the industrial manufacturing industry as a mechanical engineer before turning her sights to the construction industry. With an adeptness for customer relations and project management, Heather handles project deadlines, material distribution and accounting for the M&M family.
Kathryn Litton, Web Strategy & Production Director
Kathryn boasts a 10+ year journalism and web development career, specializing in small business brand development. After attending Emerson College and North Carolina State University, Kathryn fine-tuned her brand development skills in agricultural aquaponics, commercial construction & real estate and software engineering. At M&M, Kathryn manages design, SEO and content for the web.
