An old Panera Bread location in Shelton, CT might’ve looked desolate and decrepit a month ago, but our experienced general contractor team and our friends at Dogtopia saw the space through a different lens. This corner space adorned with an eye-catching entranceway has a lot of potential, and it’s up to us at M&M constructions to transform the existing elements in the image of Dogtopia’s luxury pet care franchise.
A full interior demo is now complete! We took great care in preserving both the structural integrity and exterior canvas to keep the space within the shopping center’s standards and to optimize cost for the franchise owners.
When renovating any space, it’s wonderful to be able to preserve the elements that work.
