After a successful demolition of the house’s outdated kitchen, the M&M Constructions team began to start some rough carpentry. A major aspect of this project included removing the structure’s wall, and then installing a structure beam weighing over 1600 pounds! Once the beam was in place, we removed a window in the area. The team then framed the opening.
In addition, the masonry team filled an opening outside with brick to match the existing exterior. The electrician started wiring the kitchen in preparation for the luxury appliances selected for this project.
